Brad Donaldson, Program Director
Brad Donaldson has joined SIS Development, Inc. in the position of Program Director.
Brad Donaldson has over 10 years of experience in product design, manufacturing and project management developing high and low volume electronic and electro-mechanical products. He has led domestic and international cross-functional teams with a solid record of on time and on budget execution.
Brad joins SIS Development from GE Security where he was the Global Engineering Leader for their fiber optic line of products where he managed a large engineering group spread throughout numerous domestic and international locations. Brad’s career path at GE Security was very diverse; he held the titles of Program Manager for the Video, Intrusion, and Key Control business units, Direct Material Productivity Leader, and Special Director of Product Quality. Brad was directly responsible for driving down product return rates and improving GE’s bottom line through material cost out initiatives. While at GE, Brad was extensively trained at the coveted GE campus of Crotonville in project management and leadership development.
Prior to GE Security, Brad worked in the custom automation sector designing industrial robotics for the semiconductor industry at Automation Tooling Systems, Inc.
Brad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. He has completed several executive MBA courses at the University of Phoenix and holds 1 patent.
